Bobby P: A Visionary in Technology, Finance, and Global Trade Asset Management 

As Co-chair and Principal, Bobby Padua brings two decades of expertise spanning Finance, Consulting, Management, Project Development, Blockchain, Information Technology, and Project Funding. His profound understanding of complex financial ecosystems is notably underscored by his primary accomplishment: providing trade funding for companies, encompassing the raising and provisioning of funds from $100 Million to an impressive $15 Billion for government, country-level, quality infrastructure, and wellness projects.

Further solidifying his expertise is his extensive experience architecting and securing mission-critical data systems within Fortune 500 environments, consistently delivering 99.9% uptime and significantly contributing to operational efficiency and financial improvement. Bobby's forward-thinking approach extends to his deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies, particularly in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and blockchain. He is adept at leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) tools, alongside Amazon and Microsoft Cloud platforms. His comprehensive financial acumen is further bolstered by his background, which includes extensive experience in funding, financial modeling, and funding projects.

Andrew S W: A Leader in Global Infrastructure and Strategic Finance

Andrew S Walungama, our CEO and Co-chair of the Board of Directors, possesses an extensive and distinguished career marked by significant achievements in global infrastructure and strategic finance. With a degree in Engineering and an MBA, Andrew has a long-standing trajectory in managing complex projects, particularly under EPC+Finance programs.

His professional background spans highway, infrastructure, and construction projects, where he has demonstrated exceptional management and consultancy expertise, including brokering for finance arrangements. As the CEO/Chairman and a major shareholder of SWACOFF Group Companies, Andrew oversees operations across various countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe. His notable accomplishments include orchestrating a $3 Billion finance arrangement for Benxi Steel Investment Company Limited in Hong Kong, and securing a monumental $100 Billion for The Infrastructure Development Capital Fund Component for the DR Congo Government, involving diverse infrastructure and business projects. Andrew has also been instrumental in strategic projects such as the $120 Million EPC + Finance Arrangement for a 5-Star Hotel on Yusuf Lule Road in Uganda and the $400 Million Rufiji Basin Hydro-Dam development in Tanzania.

Under the leadership of Bobby Padua and Andrew Walungama, our team, alongside affiliated companies, manages over $100 Billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). We are actively engaged in a diverse portfolio of projects that span continents and industries.

Our current endeavors include significant work in various African countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, and Uganda, as well as USA Real Estate projects and various Asian projects. Specific African initiatives include the Machakos Smart City & Renewable Energy Project in Kenya, a multi-phased development on 1,871 acres with an estimated total cost of $1.871 billion, integrating a 200 MW Solar Power Plant and various smart city zones. Other key projects are the DRC National Infrastructure Development Capital Fund, the Masindi Cane Factory Project in Uganda (aiming to develop up to 12,000 hectares of fertile land), and Mineral Exploration and Geology initiatives.

We are also at the forefront of innovation with our RBNB MODERN-LIFESTYLE AGENDA 2025 project. This ambitious initiative aims to create a Sustainable Modern-Lifestyle Ecosystem platform, addressing the evolving needs of those seeking remote work and location independence within the growing recreation market. RBNB plans to disrupt the modern lifestyle economy by integrating recreation, business, finance, and technology, with an initial funding target of $3 billion for its operational phase. Utilizing a Multi-Blockchain System as its core technological backbone, this project anticipates generating over $10 billion in revenue within five years. Initial operational hubs are planned for Arizona, California, Oregon, and Florida, with the development of flagship RV resorts and satellite locations.

Beyond these, we continue to actively work on several projects related to Smart Cities, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and other advanced technologies, shaping the future of global infrastructure and digital landscapes.
